🚚 SHIPPING POLICY — BOB THE BRICK
Where We Ship: Bob only travels within the United States (all 50 states). He's not ready for international adventures. Yet.
Processing Time: Bob needs 2–5 business days to mentally prepare for his journey. He's a brick. He moves at his own pace. Then, he's usually shipped via USPS or UPS (Possibly a 3rd party who works directly with these two).
Shipping Time: Once Bob hits the road, expect delivery within 5–10 business days via standard shipping. Probably closer to 5. Shipped out of Wisconsin.
Shipping Cost: Currently the Bob the Brick Collection is shipped FREE. He's a heavy dude and we do not want you to have to pay for it. Calculated at checkout based on your location. Bob is dense. Shipping reflects that.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once Bob ships. You can follow his journey. He won't know you're watching. (He's a brick.)
Damaged in Transit: If Bob arrives looking like he was dropped from a 30-foot window and smashed to pieces — first of all, we're sorry. Bob did not deserve that, and neither do you. Contact us at info@bobthebrick.com with a photo of Bob within 7 days of delivery. This is the ONE exception to our no-refund/return policy, because that's on the shipping carrier, not Bob. Bob was fine when he left. We promise.
